A wide variety of ceramic fiber materials are kept in our inventory to better serve our customers needs. In the event of an emergency CSI has the materials in stock to get you back on line. Products ranging from Ceramic fiber modules, blankets, ropes, hardware, and Vacuum form Shapes, coatings, gaskets, cloths, paper, boards, and many more are all available in a variety of grades and ready for immediate shipment. Delivery
For customers close to our facility CSI offers delivery of materials directly to you using our own flatbed trucks. When minutes count, products need to be delivered with certainty. LTL carriers can leave your materials sitting in a distribution center hours from your facility. If you need materials quickly call CSI and utilize our delivery services.
Our Facility’s Services
One of CSI’s primary focuses is the manufacturing of continuous fold ceramic fiber modules. The benefit of a continuous folded module is there are less joints in the lining. Joints open up over time as ceramic fiber shrinks with use over time and/or over firing. By eliminating joints you are minimizing heat loss and ultimately conserving fuel to keep your furnace at operating temperature.
Our Z-blok module manufacturing process is state of the art. Our equipment enables us to provide the highest quality products and fast delivery, even for custom orders. This is particularly true for 48” x 24” Monster Modules and Bull Nose Modules. Our Continuous Folded Modules are available in 2300, 2600, 2700, and 3000 degree material; with multiple densities, sizes, and hardware configurations.
CSI has the capability to fabricate ceramic fiber panels for doors, covers, dampers, pre-heat panels, etc. also available in the various grades and densities. CSI's ability to fabricate these items allows our customers to swap the existing panel and replace it with very minimal down time.
